Tris Pharma, Inc. (www.trispharma.com) is a leading privately-owned biopharmaceutical company in the U.S. with a focus on development and commercialization of innovative medicines that address unmet patient needs. We have more than 150 US and International patents including applications and have marketed several branded and generic products in the U.S., have licensed our products in the US and international markets, and have a robust pipeline of innovative products spanning neuroscience and other therapeutic categories employing our proprietary science and technology.
Tris is a leading player in ADHD therapies with five products, both tablet and liquid extended release, that help treat this condition. From our original product launched in 2012 to our latest non-stimulant product launched in Q4 2024, Tris continues to work to support physicians and their patients by providing therapeutic options that can help optimize ADHD therapy. Tris continues to invest in our products with new data and additional clinical trials ongoing.
Tris’s unique extended-release delivery technology allows us to expand our product portfolio and we are working on developing new products for both ADHD and other therapeutic areas. Tris’ unique LiquiXR technology allows us to make “continuous” release products that can be designed to match the desired PK curves while providing a smooth release profile. Tris is one of the very few companies that can make extended-release formulations in both tablet and liquid forms, that can be designed to suit many needs. Tris also has a NCE under development for treating pain through a unique mechanism of action.
Our science and technology make us unique, but it is our team members that set us apart; they are the engine that fuels Tris’ passion and innovation. Tris colleagues understand that value is created by delivering effective solutions to our customers needs.
