The Department of Human Resources encourages applications for the Professional Recruiter - Talent Acquisition! This position is a Professional Recruitment Consultant/Talent Acquisition Specialist with a main focus on providing staff recruiting services as a strategic partner for Boulder campus departments. This position will build partnerships with campus departments and advise on recruitment strategies and processes to ensure a highly qualified and diverse applicant pool; actively sourcing qualified candidates for difficult-to-fill positions; devise recruiting and candidate assessment strategies for a position’s qualifications and competencies; guide hiring managers through interviews and negotiating offers; provide training to campus constituents in a variety of staffing areas such as recruiting processes and practices, strategic talent management, fair employment practices, interview guidance, reference checking, offer letters, and onboarding; advise campus departments on appropriate use and interpretation of Regent and University policies as well as applicable state and federal employment laws; and review and approve offer letters, addenda, and other appointment or compensation related changes. Additionally, this position is expected to collaborate with other areas of HR and participate in a variety of HR-related projects.
