Description of Work | The Administrative Coordinator serves as primary administrative coordinator of the Lied Center’s business operations including coordination of artist contracts, agent communication and program planning. The position also serves as the receptionist for the Lied Center administrative office including answering a multi-line phone, greeting visitors, providing information and outstanding customer service. The position is involved with special project development by serving as liaison with artists, contract implementation, drafting offers/deal memos, marking up contracts and confirming terms of engagement. Position provides administrative support for Lied Executive Director and Business Office through project support, special event coordination and executive task support.

Minimum Required Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in arts, education or communications plus one year of experience in an arts related or other management, education or administrative role; equivalent education/experience considered. Ability to organize data/information and write clearly. Independent, critical thinking skills. Experience must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. |
