Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Five (5) years of experience in organizational change management, IT portfolio and project management, logistics, communication, or work related to the key responsibilities. Experience leading large, critical change management initiatives or projects Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies, project management tools and software Demonstrated experience and proficiency utilizing a wide array of communication avenues in support of internal and external communication initiatives. Proficiency in computer/software including Microsoft Office suite, organizational survey tools, and communication/data visualization tools. Equivalent combination of education, experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered. |
