Description of Work
Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Marketing Project Coordinator ensures efficient and effective operation of the Marketing Department’s daily activities in addition to assisting on projects for members of the department. Essential functions include supporting the execution and implementation of advertising campaigns, project management for department staff and interns, overseeing the department’s graphic design/video production projects and external vendors, processing department invoices and completing advertising settlements for performances.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field plus one year of experience with live event promotion, Broadway advertising, or other advertising/financial settlement experience; equivalent education/experience considered. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software. Experience must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills. Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of constituents including administrators, staff, students, business leaders, donors, and the general public.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated proficiency in Asana or other project management software. Basic proficiency and experience with Tessitura or other CRM software. Knowledge of the performing arts.
