We are recruiting a Technical Service Specialist (Field Service Engineer) for Belgium.
As a Technical Service Specialist, you'll perform on-site activities related to planned maintenance, troubleshooting, hardware & software upgrades, and installations.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and execute planned maintenance to ensure instrument reliability.
Address demand calls by utilizing remote analysis tools for troubleshooting.
Conduct installations and deinstallations of instruments.
Achieve success measured by customer satisfaction (NPS), service KPIs (tickets per day, First Time Fix Rate & Mean Time to Repair), and regional growth and profitability.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Preferred in medical, electrical, mechanical, or medical technology.
Proven experience in a similar role, supported by references.
Effective engagement with customers, especially lab staff.
Technical expertise in product lines.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to identify and resolve issues.
Proficient in using analytical tools and software.
Fluent in English, with proficiency in French and/or Dutch preferred.
