I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1, Core job responsibilities:

• Consolidate Logistics reports from many groups (Warehouse, Delivery, EHS…)
• Communicate with other departments to get input/feedback, build up warehouse projects
• Support the operation team in addition reporting tasks
• Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Support the operations team in managing projects and ensuring timely completion.
• Conduct research and data analysis to improve operational processes

II. MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

1, Core Skill Requirement:

• Power point/ Excel skill
• English
• Good at data analysis
• Process oriented

2, Core Trait/Behavior Requirement:

• Good communication
• Proactively
• Hard working & high concentration spirit
• Good learning agility

III. MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Graduate or Undergraduate level, Major in Technical is preferred

Be able to work full-time within 6 months (May – Nov 2025)
