CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with RSMs to drive customer engagement; hospital listing and sales growth.
- Translate central marketing strategy to local tactics and marketing campaigns; and lead the team through programs planning, execution and evaluation to build brand image and support sales force to deliver the results.
- Coordinate central marketing programs, ensure sales force to align marketing strategy and effectively implement marketing programs.
- Work with RSMs for hospital listing especially for T1/T2 accounts.
- Counterpart with Marketing and Strategic Initiative function to market intelligence support.
EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree, major in Medicine/Pharmacy
EXPERIENCE: At least 8+ years Marketing & Sales experience and 12 years management experience in healthcare company
